Chief Master Sgt. Keith St. Aubin, command chief, 307th Bomb Wing, interacts with Airmen newly assigned to the wing at a welcoming breakfast in the dining facility on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., during the Unit Training Assembly weekend Feb. 6, 2011. The “Newcomers Breakfast,” which is held Sunday mornings of each monthly UTA, is an opportunity for the new Airmen to sit down for a face-to-face meeting with their new wing commander and command chief at the beginning of a career here at Barksdale. One of Chief St. Aubin’s duties as the 307th BW command chief is to advise the Commander on matters influencing the health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 1,300 Reserve enlisted members of the wing. Meeting with new Airmen in a smaller informal setting at the beginning of their careers here, leads to a more open exchange of ideas and concerns between all of the ranks. It also allows seniors leaders who attend the monthly event to set the tone for the new Airmen, who are joining what has been a winning team for years. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Jeff Walston)
