B-52s fly historic un-MANned mission

In recognition of Women’s History Month, the Air Force Reserve Command’s 307th Bomb Wing and Barksdale’s 2nd Bomb Wing launched two B-52H Stratofortress bombers flown by two all-female aircrews made up from members of the Air Force Reserve Command’s 93rd and 343rd Bomb Squadrons and the 2nd Bomb Wing’s 11th, 20th and 96th Bomb Squadrons.
