Colonel Jeremy Moore, 307th Mission Support Group Commander

Jeremy W. Moore is the Commander of the 307th Mission Support Group, 307th Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana.  He is in charge of more than 400 people whose mission is to provide peacetime and wartime mission readiness support to the Air Force Reserve Command.  The group organizes, trains, and equips civil engineering, security forces, force support, logistics readiness, and communications personnel to meet gaining command tasking and augmentee requirements worldwide.

Col. Moore began his career in 1997 after enlisting as an Air Transportation Specialist. He received his commission from the Academy of Military Science in 2003 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.  

Col. Moore’s recent assignments include serving as Deputy Commander of the 301st Mission Support Group, Commander of the 26th Aerial Port Squadron, Commander of the 433rd Logistics Readiness Squadron.  His deployed assignments include Installation Deployment Officer at Bagram Airfield Afghanistan, Aerial Port Flight Commander and Chief of Combined Air Terminal Operations for NATO at Kandahar Airfield Afghanistan.
