Climbing a Hill

A High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicle climbs a hill at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Cal., Jan. 17, 2017. The Defense Department announced today that as part of the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, 150 Humvees will be produced so they can be sent to Ukraine.
