	CHIEF MASTER SGT. SHELLEY R. COHEN Chief Master Sergeant Shelley Cohen is the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 307th Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, La. She advises the commander on matters influencing the health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 1,700 reserve enlisted members within the wing. The 307th is Air Force Reserve Command’s sole bomb wing, operating both the B-52H Stratofortress and B-1B Lancer.
